On October 10th, we come together to observe World Mental Health Day, a global effort to raise awareness and promote mental health care across every corner of society. The day’s theme changes annually to reflect pressing global concerns, and in 2024, the focus is on mental health in the workplace. 

This year’s theme highlights the undeniable connection between work and mental health, encouraging employers and employees alike to prioritize well-being, reduce stress, and create environments where mental health support is a priority.
